Gateway Office Operations Agent

Our client, a leader in logistics and operations support, is seeking a Gateway Office Operations Agent to join their team. As a Gateway Office Operations Agent, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Gateway Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* - The role requires multitasking; approximately 50% of the work is computer-based and 50% is physical.

+ Prepare packing supplies for clients and handle live shipments returning to the office for export.

+ Review and understand temperature handling instructions to ensure product integrity.

+ Follow interdepartmental instructions and coordinate with foreign offices for packing and replenishments.

+ Complete daily reports using internal systems and update Excel sheets for shipment tracking.

+ Assist in cold chain management, including gel pack preparation, refurbishment, and configuration.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

+ Less than one year of work experience, preferably in logistics or cold chain handling.

+ Ability to read and understand English for paperwork and instructions.

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks safely.
