Cherry Picker Operator
Job Summary
Operate cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to pick, move, and replenish materials while supporting inventory accuracy and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities- Pick and fulfill orders using RF scanners.
- Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Move, replenish, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Complete data entry and inventory transactions in warehouse systems.
- Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and general warehouse operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Previous cherry picker experience required.
- Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- RF scanner and warehouse inventory experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Inventory control and cycle counting.
- Order picking, packaging, and material handling.
- Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.
- Fast-paced warehouse setting with varied daily tasks.
- Operation of powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- May include work in refrigerated areas.
- Multiple shift options available, including rotating schedules.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
