Warehouse Associate
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to pick and load product for outgoing delivery. In this role, you will select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, and move inventory to designated loading areas. You must have the ability to problem-solving skills, comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. To ensure your success you need the ability to follow instructions and operate a forklift.
Major Responsibilities:
- Reads customer delivery pick order, determines items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, bins according to predetermined sequence (i.e. Size, type, style, color, or product code).
- Uses a RF scanner to enter records and record data.
- Marks materials with identifying information.
- Drives forklift (reach truck, Order Picker, Turret Truck, Sit Down) to Pick/Pack and transport items.
- Prepares parcels for shipping. Stage Pallets.
- Performs cycle counts
- Loads and unloads vehicles.
Required Education / Experience /
Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience driver Forklift
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to work with limited Supervision
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Willing to work at heights of 25 feet or more while secured by a harness
Language:
English (Spanish/English) a plus

Physical Requirements:
This position is done in a warehouse environment typically indoors but may require access to outdoors for work s position requires the ability to drive a forklift:
Reach Truck, Order Picker and/or Turret Truck. This position requires the ability to work at heights of 25 feet or more secured by a harness. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand, bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use fingers and hands, handle or feel controls or product; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry product.
Frequently lifting/moving up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. is required. This position also requires a person to handle different temperatures as the warehouse is hot in the summer and cooler in the winter.
