Our client, a major food and snack distribution center in Avon, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting efficient distribution operations. The ideal candidate must have previous experience operating Stand up Forklifts and Order Picker equipment. Must be able to work overtime.

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st shift 7am - 3pm or 2nd shift 3pm
-11pm or 11pm - 7am or weekend shift 6am
-6pm

What's the Job?

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

• Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
