Location:
Castleton, IN
Pay: $18.50/hr- 21.09/hr
Shifts:
1st- 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday)- $18.50/hr
2nd- 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)- $20.35/hr
3rd- 9:15 PM to 6:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)- $21.09/hr
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack orders for shipment
- Build boxes and package products
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming materials
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
- Prepare products for shipping and distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to work in refrigerated and cold warehouse areas
- English proficiency for safety and communication purposes
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Material handling experience
- Order picking and packing experience
- RF scanner experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Forklift operation experience
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Castleton, IN 46256.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.09/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
