Operations Specialist I (Indianola Location)

• Ensure the accuracy of cash letters, returns, and adjustments.
• Send and receive wires.
• Accurately input, transmit financial data received, and send to the Fed.
• Review daily electronic and teller deposits.
• Daily operation functions including reports, notices and statements.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• One year of banking experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and etiquette).
• Great customer service skills.
• Positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, organized, detail oriented, and multitasking ability.
• Bookkeeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.

• Regular shift: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Saturday rotation: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Pay range: $20.26 - $22.52/hr (based on previous banking experience).
