Credit Analyst Internship

• Learn the Credit Analyst position and it's function within the loan department
• Job shadow other areas of the bank to learn about banking and how each department affects one another
• Introduction to banking regulations and compliance with regulations
• Attend the Iowa Bankers Association Intern Program

• Actively pursuing a college degree in a business-related field.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027, 2028, or 2029.
• Good academic performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

This internship is expected to run from approximately June 1 through August 15. Interns will typically work Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., averaging 25 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $16/hr.
