Good Samaritan Society - 708 South Jefferson Way - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility;
Obtain and record vital signs and monitor resident health;
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, and communicate changes to the charge nurse;
Assist with meals, dining, and related daily tasks including housekeeping and laundry to support resident comfort
