TypicalDay
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our 54‑bed Health Center.
- Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements, and assist in implementing best practices.
- Orient, train and supervise team members.
- Assist in resident evaluations and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions.
- Participate in surveys and inspections by various government agencies.

Education: Bachelors or better in Nursing.
Experience: 5+ years of nursing experience within a long‑term care setting.
Preferred: Previous nursing leadership experience in a long‑term care setting.
License &
Certifications:
Active RN license in the state of Iowa (preferred) or LPN license required.
