As a staff nurse, you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work ensures residents receive the high standard of care expected at Westview Of Indianola Care Center by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:
- An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
