Front End Service Team Associate

Job Overview

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns or refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Hourly Wage: $15.5 - $28.5 per hour

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
