Part-time Merchandiser

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
• Perform physical product movement from stockroom to store floor and stock shelves while following safety and compliance practices

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work independently
• Schedule availability required:
  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday; start by 6 am, 15-20 hours per week
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Indianola, IA)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising principles and maintaining brand standards. Capable of performing physical tasks and working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
