This Family Medicine position offers a balanced schedule, procedural diversity, and strong referral volume from surrounding hospitals. Practice Overview
You'll join a 49-bed general acute care hospital with recently renovated patient and provider spaces
Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
See a wide range of primary care cases with consistent referrals from neighboring hospitals
Practice in a setting designed with both efficiency and physician comfort in mind
Schedule
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a half-day off each week
Rotating Saturday call with low frequency and minimal weekend disruption
Outpatient-focused schedule with no inpatient rounding required
Built-in flexibility to support work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base of $250,000 for two years
$25,0000 with additional call pay
$75,000 in student loan repayment and a $25,000 sign-on bonus
40 days of annual leave for vacation and CME, plus a full benefits package
