* Join our client's team as a Home Health Registered Nurse in the Indianola, MS area. This role is perfect for a dedicated RN with a passion for providing exceptional home health care.

** Position Details:*
* • 13•week contract

• 40 hours per week

• No on
• call requirement

• Flexible floating requirements

• Must live within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing if traveling

• All documentation must be completed the same day

** Requirements:*
* • Active RN License

• BLS Certification

• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience

• Proficiency in HCHB/OASIS, with experience in Oasis E post
• January 2023

• No more than a 1
• year gap in experience

• Ability to manage 20
• 25 cases per week, achieving 5
• 7 productivity points per day

** Additional Information:*
* • Orientation: 2
• 3 days, including modules and team introduction

• Weekly in
• office presence required (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

• Branch hours: 8 am
• 5 pm, with potential for early or late patient visits

• Homecare Homebase documentation must be completed at the patient's home
