BBSI is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations for a growing construction company known for quality, accountability, and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete inside and out , from ADA-compliant flatwork to curb & gutter installation and takes pride in running a safe, efficient, and productive job site.

About the Role

As the Concrete Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations and lead a crew of 5-10 workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. You'll be the go-to leader on site, coordinating labor, enforcing quality standards, and serving as the link between the field and project management.

Duties:

* Lead and supervise concrete construction projects from start to finish

* Oversee ADA-compliant concrete work, including sidewalks, ramps, and flatwork

* Manage curb & gutter installations, forming, pouring, and finishing

* Supervise, train, and motivate a crew of 5-10 concrete professionals

* Ensure job site safety, quality control, and productivity standards are met

* Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and layout drawings

* Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors

* Track daily progress, materials, and labor needs

* Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving

Qualifications/Requirement:

* 8+ years of hands-on concrete commercial construction experience

* Foreman or lead experience running concrete crews

* Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and municipal concrete standards

* Proven experience with curb & gutter, sidewalks, and flatwork

* Ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site logistics

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
