BBSI is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations for a growing construction company known for quality, accountability, and craftsmanship. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows concrete inside and out, from ADA‑compliant flatwork to curb & gutter installation and takes pride in running a safe, efficient, and productive job site.

About the Role

As the Concrete Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations and lead a crew of 5–10 workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. You’ll be the go‑to leader on site, coordinating labor, enforcing quality standards, and serving as the link between the field and project management.

Duties
  • Lead and supervise concrete construction projects from start to finish
  • Oversee ADA‑compliant concrete work, including sidewalks, ramps, and flatwork
  • Manage curb & gutter installations, forming, pouring, and finishing
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a crew of 5–10 concrete professionals
  • Ensure job site safety, quality control, and productivity standards are met
  • Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and layout drawings
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Track daily progress, materials, and labor needs
  • Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving
Qualifications/Requirement
  • 8+ years of hands‑on concrete commercial construction experience
  • Foreman or lead experience running concrete crews
  • Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and municipal concrete standards
  • Proven experience with curb & gutter, sidewalks, and flatwork
  • Ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site logistics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
