We're hiring a Filmmaker & Content Creator. Capture stunning jewelry, tell real client stories, and power our brand across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, ads, and in-store screens.

Don Victor Jewelers crafts and curates fine jewelry with a focus on timeless design, exceptional stones, and a luxury client experience. We're growing our brand presence across web, social, and in-store activations and we're looking for a visual storyteller to bring our pieces and process to life.

• Capture event coverage (Trunk shows, drops, in-store events) and occasional on-location shoots.
• Collaborate with the owner, marketing team, and video editor on content ideas, brand voice, and key messaging.
• Maintain the studio area.
• Monitor gear usage and basic upkeep.
• Support social publishing by posting final videos/photos supplied by the editing team.
• Consistent delivery of planned assets (weekly/monthly).
• Growth in social metrics: view-through rate, saves/shares, follower growth, CTR to product page.
• Improved product page conversion from enhanced media.
• Library organization (versioning, metadata) enabling fast reuse.

• 2+ years in videography/filmmaking, content creation, or similar portfolio-ready experience.
• Strong camera skills (manual exposure, focus pulling, frame rates) and studio lighting fundamentals.
• Experience shooting highly reflective/small products (jewelry, watches, cosmetics, etc.).
• Solid audio capture (lav/shotgun) and clean dialogue workflows.
• Understanding of social trends, hooks, pacing, and retention analytics.
• A collaborative mindset, reliable time management, and a polished aesthetic.

Nice to have

• Product photography/retouching (Lightroom/Photoshop), focus stacking, and macro rails.
• Basic studio set building and prop styling.

: full-frame + APS-C bodies; macro and prime lenses

Workspace
: tabletop/product stage with backdrops; editing workstation/software access

Is this role on-site?

Yes, on-site in Indio/Coachella, with occasional local location shoots.

What should my portfolio include?

Macro/product work, reflective materials, short-form storytelling, and any before/after lighting examples.

Do I edit the videos?

You'll partner closely with our video editor for continuity; basic trims are a plus but not required.

What's the weekly output?

A consistent cadence of planned assets aligned to the content calendar (set with marketing).
