Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Full Time/Full School Year | Thermal, CA (Coachella Valley USD)
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, full school year position with Coachella Valley Unified School District in Thermal, California for the school year. This is a strong opportunity for candidates interested in a longer-term assignment with potential itinerant responsibilities across sites.
Position Details:

Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Schedule:
Full Time / Full School Year (FSY) - Hourly Pay: $30-$40/hour depending on experience
- Location:
Onsite (Thermal, CA area) - Travel:
Open to travel candidates; must commit to longer than a one-year assignment
- K-12 population (most likely PreK emphasis)
- Mild to moderate needs with some severe needs students
- Some AAC device support required
- Possible itinerant role across sites
- Start: school year
- Supervision provided via tele-SLPs
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience with SEIS and Paradigm preferred
- Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
