The City of Indio is seeking a Plans Examiner to ensure residential, commercial, and industrial building plans conform to applicable codes and ordinances, including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy, health and safety standards.
Under general supervision, you will review plans, coordinate with departments, assist at the public counter, inform owners and professionals about permit requirements, and help issue permits and maintain records.
