Accounting Assistant

We offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment, and we currently have an opportunity for an Accounting Assistant allowing you to make an immediate impact on our team and company. This is an entry-level position supporting the Accounting Department with day-to-day operations. We will train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, a team player, and a hardworking individual.

• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
• Handling communications with clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist in Processing transactions & updating Client Information
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Prepare & Deliver bank deposits

• Ability to work flexible hours Monday – Saturday
