Locations: Ontario, Riverside, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, CA

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing in the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley.

• Manage escrow transactions from start to finish.
• Review buyer, seller, and lender instructions to determine closing requirements.
• Order title reports and help resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances.
• Prepare, review, and process closing documents and settlement statements.
• Calculate pr orations, balance escrow accounts, disburse funds, and complete closings.
• Communicate with transaction parties and explain documents, provisions, and procedures as needed.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related escrow/title experience.
• Experience directly handling escrow transactions preferred.
• Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state.
• Knowledge of escrow/title industry practices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong client relations, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, and internal partners.

Pay Range: $26.88 – $35.83 hourly
