Barker Management is seeking a Maintenance Person to coordinate and perform a wide range of upkeep tasks across the property. The role involves responding to service requests, painting, repairs, exterior cleaning, and move-in/move-out support, with hours from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You will walk the grounds twice daily to assess condition, maintain logs, inventory supplies, shut off water and gas as needed, prepare vacated units for re-rental, and support monthly inspections
