Production Manager

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join their team. As a Production Manager, you will be an integral part of the operations department supporting the manufacturing process. Production Manager

• Manage all aspects of production to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Oversee scheduling of employees to production lines and supervise production line crews, operators, and leadership staff
• Monitor employee safety, enforce company policies, and document non-compliances with corrective actions
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring correct materials are used and FIFO procedures are followed
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring operational activities such as line utilization and efficiencies, and facilitate management meetings on these topics

• Proven experience managing manufacturing or production operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to learn and manage production software, programs, and equipment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
