The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery‑focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The role involves safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Part‑time | NOC | Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Days:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Expected starting wage range is $29.13 – $36.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges; starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands‑on course) on the date of employment or prior to providing direct client care, and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion of a post‑offer physical examination, a 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearance, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at the time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.

The Riverside County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16‑bed locked acute inpatient program for adults, 18+ years old, diagnosed with a serious mental illness, and experiencing an acute mental health emergency. Admission is voluntary or involuntary (5150). The average stay is 5–7 days.
