RN - Labor and Delivery

Indio, CA

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff within the unit
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care at the unit level

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a clinical setting
• Ability to supervise and delegate care to appropriate clinical staff

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery unit with a focus on quality patient care
• Parking is available on-site, with a parking permit provided during onboarding
