As a CSR Merchandiser, you will be responsible to work in local stores to keep our products stocked on the shelves and properly rotated. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product in the storage room and on the sales floor.

This is a full-time position. The hours of work are normally 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Work weeks may require working on Saturday or Sunday and holidays.

West Region:
San Jacinto, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Yucaipa, Perris, Redlands and surrounding areas

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned retail accounts
• Rotate and organize product at each assigned account
• Use equipment to transport products (U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock organized and rotated
• Ability to effectively communicate with managers, coworkers, and retailers
• Inspect vehicles and record issues
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision
• Develop good relationships with customers
• Work safe and smart at all times

$22.5 hourly

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Residence in area of work preferred
• Previous experience in merchandising retail accounts preferred
• High school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Accountable to follow all laws and regulations
• Flexible with start times and work assignments
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to use a smartphone
• Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs. as well as hang merchandise and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. overhead, bending, pulling/pushing up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler
• Must pass a post-offer background and drug screen
