Our mission is to instill joy and creativity to people of all ages through fluid art classes, resin beach scenes, glass painting, mosaics, Splatter Room, and more—all in a fun, inclusive environment where guests can explore their artistic side—no experience necessary!
Position Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part time Studio Team Member. This role is perfect for anyone who loves art, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fun, interactive environment. You don’t need to be a professional artist—just someone with a passion for creativity and great customer service!
Key Responsibilities:Lead fun and engaging art classes for individuals and groups, guiding them through the fluid art process.
Provide a welcoming and encouraging environment for all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist with studio setup, clean-up, and general maintenance of the art space & inventory.
Help customers with color choices, techniques, and creative ideas.
Handle transactions and bookings as needed.
Support special events, private parties, and community outreach activities.
Handle retail and gallery sales.
What Are We Looking For?Key Responsibilities:
Part Time Studio Operations:
- Assisting with client classes and larger events
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) system and daily cash handling procedures
- Retail and gallery sales
Experience:
- Provide outstanding service to all guests, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment
- Greet and check in customers, explain art processes, and guide them through their experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all studio experiences meet brand standards and quality
- Offer tours and upgrades to any and all who enter the studio
- Communicate all customer and studio issues to management/owners promptly
- Promote classes, private parties, corporate events, and special workshops
- Collaborate with ownership to increase local awareness and drive traffic
- Prior experience in retail, or arts-based businesses preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Energetic, Positive, and People-Oriented
- A passion for creativity and a love for helping others express themselves
- Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic tech skills (POS system, scheduling platforms)
- Art experience is NOT required but a plus
- Strong comfort level with the process of enhancing clients experiences by offering additional options
