Overview
Travel + Leisure Co. is a global vacation membership company seeking Tour Guides to conduct face‑to‑face presentations at its resort sales centers.
Responsibilities- Conduct face‑to‑face presentations to prospective and current owners.
- Establish rapport, communicate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and link product benefits to the customer’s vacation goals.
- Present the Tour Guide presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on Tour Guide materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Perform within a short, luxury sales cycle and consistently achieve minimum production standards.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in a high‑energy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a California Real Estate License within 6 months of hire.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, professional, and team‑oriented.
- Active listening skills and ability to overcome objections.
- General computer proficiency and ability to work with tablets or smart devices.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
All new Tour Guides complete a respected industry training module and receive ongoing training at each location.
CompensationThe target annual compensation is $70,000, comprised of $16.90 hourly plus per‑transaction payouts and a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
