Compensation varies depending on location, role, and skill set. We provide a reasonable hourly range for all roles in California.
Essential Functions- Assist, direct, and monitor all persons entering and leaving the facility property.
- Keep accurate log books as required.
- Direct emergency personnel and maintain traffic flow during emergencies, such as fire drills.
- Communicate incoming admissions, visits, and deliveries to appropriate staff.
- Monitor the parking area to prevent loitering or misconduct and sweep the lobby area frequently.
- Interact with staff and patients professionally at all times.
- Report any suspicious behavior to the CEO, supervisor, or a member of leadership.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in security, corrections, or military.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility.
