Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm systems, extinguishers, lighting, and other safety systems;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete required reports;
Assist as back-up for emergency call-ins and respond to issues promptly;
Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment and use them in accordance with safety guidelines
