Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical repairs;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system; test generators and extinguishers;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports; handle tools safely;
Respond to emergencies as backup call person; perform other maintenance tasks as assigned
