Desert Elite Electric & Construction, Inc is looking for a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join their growing team in Indio, CA. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or construction settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Perform conduit bending, wiring, and panel installations to code
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and equipment malfunctions
• Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and crew members on job sites
• Inspect completed work and perform quality control checks

• Valid California Journeyman Electrician license required
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience with commercial and/or residential electrical installations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
