Financial data and report:
• Preparing financial report in related to the outlet performance (sales, revenue, expenses).
• Evaluate and analyze previous report to provide performance improvement isight for business center.
Commercial data and report:
• Provide update and accurate information regarding to the business outlet.
• Maintain database and information regarding to the outlet commercial performance.
• Provide summary analysis regarding to the outlet commercial performance.
• Propose insight and improvement concept regarding to the commercial outlet operation.
General activities:
• Initiate and execute jobs/projects from coordinator related with his/her work responsibility.
• Organize distribution of documents to the appropriate person.
• Provide support to the coordinators in sending message, memos, and documents.
• Arrange and produce correspondence letters/e-mails needed.
• Perform other related duties as required. General Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in related area
