The People & Corporate Affairs role supports the CEO and HR Department in administrative coordination, internal communication, and people-related support. This position focuses on organizational and coordination tasks rather than technical HR execution.
Job ResponsibilitiesSupport HR in administrative and coordination activities.
Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding (administrative support only).
Coordinate HR meetings, briefings, and internal activities.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, summaries, and follow-up notes.
Act as a liaison between the CEO, HR, and internal departments.
Support preparation of management materials, presentations, and internal updates.
Assist with internal communication, including company announcements and management directives.
Ensure clarity and consistency of internal communication across departments.
Support documentation coordination related to internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Assist with special assignments, company events, and internal initiatives (non-technical).
Job RequirementsStrong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle documentation and scheduling.
Comfortable working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
