Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :
- Bertanggung Jawab untuk Menjaga Laporan Harian Perusahaan
- Melakukan Pekerjaan bagian administrasi umum
- Membuat Laporan DO dan Tagihan faktur pajak
- Melakukan Pemeliharaan System Pengarsipan yang Teratur dan Rapi
- Membantu / Mensupport kerja operasional back office dan front office
- Memberikan Support Kesiapan Alat kerja bagian operasional lapangan
- Mahir dalam Melakukan pengentrian data / data entry
- Membuat / Merekap data penjualan
- Membuat / Merekap daftar piutang
- Berdomisili di Banda Aceh
- Pendidikan Minimal SMA / SMK / D3 / S1
- Pengalaman Sebagai Administrasi Minimal 1 Tahun
- Lulusan SMA / SMK (admin magang + kontrak kerja)
- Memiliki Komunikasi dan Kepribadian yang baik
- Bersedia di Tempatkan di Office yang Membutuhkan
- Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Office. Word, Excel, Power Point dan Internet
- Mampu Bekerja dalam Tim maupun Individu
- Fresh Graduate Wellcome
- Mampu Bekerja dibawah Tekanan
