Tugas / Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan tugas utama bagian staff administrasi / admin kantor
- Membuat Laporan Keuangan dan Lajur
- Mebuat laporan transaksi harian
- Memberikan support ke bagian back office dan front office dalam penyediaan data
- Membuat laporan ketersediaan alat operasional (atk)
- Memberikan pengajuan untuk melakukan pembelian alat penunjang operasional kantor dan bagian lapangan
- Mensupport data ke bagian data entry, finance dan keuangan
- Berdomisili di Bengkulu
- Minimal SMA / SMK Administrasi Perkantoran (disukai) – Posisi Junior
- Minimal pendidikan D3 / S1 – Posisi Senior Admin
- Dapat menggunakan secara lancar dalam mengetik 10 jari
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Lancar dalam berkomunikasi
- Niat untuk bekerja dan aktif
- Pengertian penggunaan Microsoft Office Word, Excel, dan Power Point
- Pengalaman / Non Pengalaman (Fresh Graduate)
