Assistant to the Manager (Mandarin Speaker) – 2 Vacancies

Assist the Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Manage schedules, meetings, documents, and correspondence.

Coordinate communication between the Manager, Chinese team, and local employees.

Provide Mandarin–Indonesian–English translation for meetings, documents, and daily communication.

Follow up on tasks and coordinate with relevant teams.

Assist the Manager with business trips and other business-related activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant, Secretary, Translator, or similar position.

Fluent in Mandarin
, both spoken and written.
HSK 4+ preferred.

Good communication skills in Indonesian and English

Good skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
.

Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask.

Possess SIM A and able to drive.

Willing to travel for business purposes.

Able to work flexible overtime when required.
