• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement client engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships.
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support leasing initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to leasing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Collect and analyze data related to leasing pipelines and prepare insightful reports.
• Coordinate with teams to present data effectively in meetings and support marketing activities.
• Provide comprehensive support to the Business Development team in various aspects of projects and business analysis.
• Support ongoing projects by providing business analysis and strategic input.
• Leverage industry contacts and relationships to acquire tenants and manage client accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, leasing, or real estate management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Proficiency in using leasing management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
