Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing procurement and import operations

Providing leadership, mentoring, and training to the procurement team to enhance their capabilities

5+ years of proven experience in procurement and import management, preferably in the project and construction.

Extensive knowledge of import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and logistics management

Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms and build long-term supplier relationships

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

Proficient in using procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
