• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, commercial leadership, or business development.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and achieving financial targets.
• Strong background in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and senior‑level commercial decision‑making.
• Experience leading high‑performing sales teams and executing strategic sales plans.
• Business or related bachelor’s degree (master’s degree considered an advantage).
• Professional certifications in sales, business management, or leadership are a plus.
• Experience in service‑based or project‑driven industries is highly desirable.

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets while expanding market presence and growing key accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team with clear KPIs.
• Manage key client relationships and influence strategic stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline; provide market insights to support executive‑level decision‑making.
• Oversee health, safety and environmental implementation practices in daily operations and within the organization’s work area.
• Ensure all subordinates refrain from involvement in bribery or corrupt practices in their daily work.
