Responsibilities
Establish and manage Personal Care, Household, Industrial & Institutional (PC, HI&I), and Pharmaceutical business segments.
Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including identifying target customers and establishing both short‑ and long‑term objectives.
Prepare sales reports and communicate sales‑related matters to the local Head of Department (HOD), while aligning group strategic direction and performance targets with the Regional Industry Manager/Business Lead.
Oversee monthly mid‑range planning and annual sales budgeting with a strong focus on turnover and gross profit targets, as well as determining resource requirements for the sales team.
Grow and support the customer base by understanding client needs and conducting regular engagements and visits to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships at all organizational levels.
Identify and recommend new product opportunities through market surveys, assessing customer needs, and analyzing underserved market segments, life science trends, and competitor activities.
Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data related to markets, products, competitors, and industry trends to guide forward‑looking business strategies.
Conduct visits to prospective and existing customers to promote products and provide timely feedback to internal teams and suppliers on customer reactions and market developments.
Continuously monitor and evaluate customer payment collection for new and existing businesses.
Communicate company goals to HOD and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports highlighting current activities, issues, and future strategies to support sustainable growth.
Provide regular reporting on sales forecasts and CRM reports, contribute to competitive intelligence, and strategic market assessment.
Coordinate sales presentations and represent the team in relevant meetings with company management and principals.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in cosmetic science, cosmeceuticals, pharmacy, or an equivalent field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales or commercial roles within the Personal Care, Household, Industrial & Institutional, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong proficiency in English communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Dynamics.
- Position based in the Tangerang Selatan office.
