About the role

Passion Jewelry is seeking a talented and experienced Manager Marker place to join our dynamic team at our head office in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the strategic growth and development of our online marketplace operations.

• Oversee the overall management and performance of our online marketplace presence, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and expand our marketplace presence.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage and coordinate the work of the marketplace team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth integration and alignment.
• Monitor and optimise marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest marketplace trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement relevant initiatives.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing and scaling an online marketplace or e-commerce platform.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including seller management, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using marketplace analytics tools and technologies to monitor and optimise performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
