- Support and oversee indirect procurement activities across multiple entities (IMG, EMI, EDI, and EAI) to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure timely handling of purchase requests, procurement documentation, and purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate responsively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, particularly to support operational needs in Bintaro / AEC regional activities
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper data management within ERP or other enterprise systems
- Assist the procurement team in driving efficient purchasing processes while maintaining a balanced workload within the indirect procurement function
