Manage and develop B2B business in the telecommunications industry and tower provider.
Conduct marketing and sales of colocation services to telecommunication operators, ISPs, and corporate customers.
Manage customer administration processes ranging from SPK, contracts, CAF, to First Billing.
Ensure completeness and update of customer legality documents on the operator's system.
Conduct site mapping and identification of potential new tenants to increase tower occupancy.
Establish good relationships with existing customers and develop new businesses.
Coordinate with legal, engineering, project, and finance teams to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Compile sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts on a regular basis.
Having relationships and experience coordinating with telecommunication operators such as Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, XL Axiata, Smartfren, and ISPs is an added value.
Have an understanding of the site procurement process, colocation, tenancy management, and network needs of telecommunication operators.
Have a good database or networking in the telecommunications industry, tower providers, and digital infrastructure.
Experience in conducting business negotiations with telecommunication operators for tower leasing and colocation needs.
Understand the tower provider's business process starting from tenant search, contracts, implementation, to revenue realization.
Requirements:- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from all majors.
- Have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager, B2B Sales, or Business Development in the Tower Provider, Telecommunications, ISP, or Telecommunication Infrastructure industry.
- Understand the process of colocation, tenancy, CAF, SPK, lease contract, and first billing.
- Understand the administrative processes and legalities related to telecommunication operators.
- Have the ability to do site mapping and market analysis.
- Having good networking with telecommunication operators, ISPs, or telecommunications companies is a plus.
- Able to negotiate and present business well.
- Target-oriented, communicative, and have good problem-solving skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
