Role Overview

The Procurement COE Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Procurement Centre of Excellence in driving value delivery, governance, compliance, analytics, and process excellence across the organization. This role partners closely with Procurement, Finance, GBS, Digital, & other cross‑functional teams to ensure robust reporting, disciplined execution of procurement initiatives, and continuous improvement of processes & tools
. The position contributes to enabling excellence through standardization, digitization, & data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Delivery & Pipeline Governance - Support tracking, governance, and consolidated reporting of procurement value delivery initiatives across countries and teams, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and alignment with established governance frameworks.
  • KPI Reporting & Performance Management - Maintain procurement KPI dashboards and reporting packs (e.g., cost, cash, and operational metrics), while identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to inform leadership decision‑making.
  • Financial & Market Analysis Support - Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance on financial reviews, including cost drivers and procurement’s impact on business performance, while supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance materials and insights.
  • Leadership Reporting & Governance Cadence - Prepare structured presentations and reports for monthly and quarterly leadership forums, ensuring clear, accurate, and consistent communication of procurement performance and initiatives while tracking actions and follow‑ups from governance meetings.
  • Policy, Compliance & Controls - Support implementation and compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audits by coordinating audit preparations, tracking remediation actions, and promoting standardization and best practices across procurement processes.
  • Digital & Process Enablement - Support procurement tools and systems (e.g., Source‑to‑Pay platforms) by assisting users, coordinating issue resolution, and driving adoption, while contributing to process simplification, automation, digital initiatives, and partnering with Digital/IT teams to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration - Act as a key liaison between Procurement, Finance, GBS, Legal, and Internal Controls, ensuring alignment of processes across countries and business units while contributing to global and regional procurement projects and initiatives.
  • Capability Building & Continuous Improvement - Support training and capability‑building initiatives within the procurement organization while promoting a continuous improvement mindset through standardization, efficiency, and the sharing of best practices.
  • Key Requirements
    • Minimum bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related) with #+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain function.
    • Experience in procurement governance, analytics, reporting, process compliance, ways of working, digital S2P cycle and value delivery.
    • Understanding and experience in using and enabling digital technologies in procurement and supply chain.
    • Strong leadership capability, demonstrating ability to develop and deploy strategy through detailed action plans.
    • Continuous improvement experience and mindset.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to drive actions to closure.
    • Savvy business acumen, executive presence, presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Comfort collaborating across cultures and time zones; ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining cadence.
    • Demonstrated facilitation skills.
    • Cross‑functional knowledge throughout Procurement.
    • Able to lead and manage with ambiguity and autonomy.
    • Ability to question and challenge assumptions; interrogating existing practices to drive improvement and refine them.
    • Continuous improvement orientation; interest in standardization, digitization to unlock efficiency.
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization driving collaboration across BUs and functions.
    • Governance mindset: structured routines, attention to detail, strong documentation discipline.
