PT. Alam Anugerahjaya Abadi is seeking a Business Development Executive professional to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis
. Based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten
, this role is pivotal to our company's growth strategy and market expansion objectives. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across new market segments. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's trajectory whilst developing your career in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

What

you'll be doing
  • Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets for company constructions expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support new business initiatives
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for prospective clients and business partners
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure new business agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and operations to execute business development plans
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities
  • Track and report on business development activities, progress and outcomes to senior management
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to generate new leads and business opportunities
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated success in business development, market expansion, new market entry, and sales-related roles
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities and generating revenue
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to evaluate market opportunities objectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Proficiency in relationship management and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and explore new market opportunities
  • Preferred:
    Experience in the construction, property, or related industries
