About the role
PT. Alam Anugerahjaya Abadi is seeking a Business Development Executive professional to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis

As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across new market segments. you'll be doing
- Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets for company constructions expansion
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support new business initiatives
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for prospective clients and business partners
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure new business agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and operations to execute business development plans
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities
- Track and report on business development activities, progress and outcomes to senior management
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of demonstrated success in business development, market expansion, new market entry, and sales-related roles
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities and generating revenue
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to evaluate market opportunities objectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings
- Proficiency in relationship management and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and explore new market opportunities
