We are looking for commercially driven and relationship-oriented professionals to join Baskit’s Brand Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing strategic partnerships with leading Beauty Personal Care / FMCG brands across Indonesia. With this role, you will play a key role in expanding Baskit’s brand portfolio by building strong partnerships, driving successful onboarding, and unlocking growth opportunities for both brands and the business.

This position sits at the intersection of business development, category management, and strategic partnerships.

• Identify, approach, and acquire high-potential local and international brands within the Beauty Personal Care / FMCG category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, principals, and key decision-makers.
• Develop compelling value propositions and partnership strategies to attract and onboard new brands onto the Baskit platform.
• Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, including commercial negotiations and agreement execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and launch execution.
• Monitor brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue expansion initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities to strengthen category development.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy by expanding Baskit’s portfolio of strategic brand partnerships.
