Business Officer​/Executive

Develop marketing and sales objectives, strategies, and action plans.

Provide sales strategy guidance and operational solutions for branch teams.

Analyze market trends and business development opportunities.

Manage purchase planning and product stock allocation based on supply availability.

Execute mitigation programs for slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Manage marketing programs end-to-end, from planning and execution to expense claiming.

Monitor and evaluate partnership agreements and KPIs with principals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Business Executive or Product Executive (fresh graduate welcome to apply).

Background in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or related industries is preferred.

Solid understanding of sales management, market intelligence, and the pharmaceutical industry.

Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Willing to travel for business assignments.
