• Translate business objectives into content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
• Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand's vision and values.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end content production process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Coordinate with production houses, main casts, and film crews to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners to optimize costs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Track and analyze content performance that informs future content strategies for senior management and to attract potential partners for future plans.
• Identify and build relationships with key industry partners, and facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance content production and distribution.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy and/or content production in the OTT or media industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale content projects from concept to completion.
• Experience collaborating with production houses, main casts, and film crews.
• Strong creative vision, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in content production.
• A team player with excellent project management and organizational skills.
