What You’ll Do:

• Craft compelling story arcs from raw footage, shaping narratives that connect.
• Develop creative concepts that align with client briefs and brand objectives.
• Work closely with editors and other creatives to ensure seamless storytelling.
• Select and curate footage to enhance narrative and emotional impact.
• Provide constructive feedback to refine the story throughout the editing process.
• Stay updated on storytelling trends and best practices in video production.
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring polished final products.

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of experience as a Story Producer, Narrative Editor, Scriptwriter, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles—narrative structure, pacing, and emotional depth.
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Proficient in English (especially for understanding footage content).
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Passionate about visual storytelling and always bringing fresh ideas.
• Basic knowledge of editing software.
